Alta’s opening day for the 2014-2015 season wasn’t half bad considering our dismal 14″ base.  There wasn’t much open but you could still find some stashes here and there.  Collins, Wild Cat, and Sunnyside lifts were all running with access into the Sugarloaf area, Warm Up and multiple Collins groomers.  The Sugarloaf groomer was skiing great as no one was bothering to go back there and Low Boy had plenty of leftover soft turns to milk.

Crowds were non-existent and the weather was beautiful.  Tomorrow our big weekend storm moves in and it should help patrol get some new areas open.
