It’s snowmaking season! Early this morning, around 2 a.m. local time, Loveland Ski Area fired up their snow guns in preparation for the winter! Sun Valley Resort in Idaho also began testing their guns as well. With Copper Mountain starting up their guns earlier in the week (Fire Up the Guns!! Copper Mountain Kicks Off Snowmaking Season) and a high of 54 in Denver today, with possibilities of snow in the city heading into the weekend, we really are on the home stretch in the long journey towards winter.
