The Telluride Police are investigating the theft of a dozen trail signs valued at $300 apiece. Resort officials discovered the thefts of the trail signs over the July 4th holiday and believe that a vehicle and a ladder were required to remove the large trail markers. The San Miguel County Sheriff’s Office are interviewing multiple suspects regarding the thefts, including ski resort employees. Ski resort officials have offered a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest of the perpetrator or perpetrators.
