
Timothy J. Konrad
Timothy Konrad is the founder and CEO of Unofficial Networks, a leading online platform dedicated to skiing, snowboarding, and outdoor adventure. He graduated from Saint Michael’s College in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in History, during which he studied abroad at London Metropolitan University and Charles University in Prague. ​
In 2006, Konrad launched UnofficialSquaw.com, which later evolved into Unofficial Networks LLC. He expanded the platform by establishing a presence in South America, providing comprehensive information on skiing in the Andes. By 2010, Unofficial Networks had grown to cover multiple geographic locations, becoming the most visited ski and snowboard blog globally, with over one million unique visitors and 2.5 million page views per month.

Beyond Unofficial Networks, Konrad co-founded gCaptain.com, the world’s largest online maritime publication, and served as an advisor on strategic growth and development. He also executive produced “G.N.A.R the Movie,” managing its production and distribution. ​
Konrad’s extensive travels across seven continents and 32 countries have fueled his passion for outdoor exploration, shaping Unofficial Networks into a trusted source for adventure enthusiasts worldwide. ​
Konrad lives in Brooklyn Heights, New York, with his wife, Lora, and three children, Theodora, Thomas, and Neil.
