Jackson Hole is forecasted to receive 55 inches of snow at the 9,000 foot level this week.
5” Tuesday. 21” Wednesday. 17” Thursday. 7” Friday. 5” Saturday.
Jackson Hole has been doing alright this season. Not an insane year, but they have snow and you can ski and they have skied powder. But, they’ve been waiting for that big dump. That series of storms that makes Jackson Hole look like it does in the movies we’ve all become familiar with. Ya know, a guy making exceedingly exaggerated pole plants while taking copious amounts of snow to the face, beard, and dreadlocks while grunting something like “grrraaahhhaahh” with every turn as he skis an obviously 2.5K+ foot run that doesn’t dare have another track on it. Right, ya know, Jackson Hole.

This coming storm is going to deliver that. Stay tuned right here at Unofficial for that exact video (possibly without dreadlocks).
