Last years “Restaurant Week” went off with a bang in Lake Tahoe, and it’s back for round two starting this Sunday, October 2nd. Lake Tahoe is internationally recognized as a world-class destination. The people, the athletes, the lake, the mountains, and the recreational activities are just a few of the things that draw people to live and visit this unique mountain destination.What is easily lost amongst this lucrative backdrop of people and places is the extraordinary food offerings that can be found throughout the many dispersed communities that make up the greater Tahoe Basin.

The 2nd Annual Restaurant Week will run until next Sunday, October 9th . Many of the best known and most highly regarded restaurants Basin-wide will be involved. Over the course of this special week featuring Tahoe’s best cuisine, participating restaurants will showcase three-course prix-fixe meals and menus. Many restaurants will offer meals focused on local, organic, and seasonal ingredients, as well as special deals to make sure you have all the motivation possible to dine out this upcoming week.

While reservations are strongly encourage, there are no other tickets or passes necessary to get you into one of the fabulous restaurants participating in Restaurant Week.
