The outdoor amphitheater at Sand Harbor State Park on Tahoe’s East Shore might be the most scenic venue in the country. It sits right at the edge of a completely tranquil, almost tropical looking section of Lake Tahoe, and for the next two days it’s hosting a music and arts festival locals have been raving about for months.
