Stowe received a few inches of snow overnight and should see continued light snow through the evening. Conditions were quite good today, with most trails being packed powder or powder. My highlights were Centerline and Perry Merrill. Low visibility continued to be a factor at higher elevations, but tomorrow’s forecast calls for clearer skies. Closed trails are still pretty rocky, so we’ll need a few more inches of natural snow before more ropes drop. Operations continued for the fourth day blowing snow on Liftline. Rumor is that they might open it as early as tomorrow. The park crew is continuing to shape the jumps on lower North Slope. It looks like the sun will come back out for a few days before more snow expected for Monday. Think snow!
