It is a strange feeling when you can drive to resort in a T-shirt and feel comfortable. As anticipated storms keeps missing us, the temperature keeps rising. Luckily, the wind and the clouds on top of the mountain were saving the snow up top. The ability to see was not there, but the snow felt great and provided free refills. When the visibility became good, between the bottom of Sublette and Thunder, the snow was getting very wet. Unfortunately, Sublette was closed for winds and the ski to the tram was sticky and thick.
Overall it was a great day with good snow up high and no crowds. The only thing I am worried about are the lower faces recovering from these high temperatures. Hopefully, this next storm will hit us.
