YouTube/iPhone Link Just before dawn this morning, two skiers and a snowboarder descended Sylvester’s Slot off Tram Face in Squaw Valley, USA. UnofficialSquaw’s corespondent Double McGuffin was up early “walking his dog” when he saw three people making their way over to the hanging snowfield skiers right of Tram Chute. He was able to grab his video camera and caught the whole thing on tape. The identity of the skiers and rider is still unknown.


“Up on a predawn walk with the dog i spotted what looked like three skiers on top of the hanging snow field.- I suspected someone was going to ski tramface seeing as it is in perfect condition and Squaw didn’t pull the trigger on the contest.- As the sun quickly began to filter through the valley I booked it to my car, grabbed my camera, and posted up in the middle of the main parking lot. I was just in time and this is what i captured.” – ( date and time:- 6:01 am 3/7/09 ) Double McGuffin Update: As reports pour in it seems the skiers and rider in this video were not alone on Tram Face this morning. We are just now finding out another skier, not in the video, droped a super steep line somewhere more directly under the tram.
