The overcast skies this morning kept a large number of skiers and riders off the hill for much of the day. Conditions were still great with a mix of 2-3′ of new snow and some wind blown from yesterday. All the major chairs were open but the hikes to GCP, Mainline and the Palisades were closed due to low visibility. It’s looking like Silverado is going to go tomorrow, maybe first thing. Unofficial word is that they will just be opening it on weekends from now on. (very unofficial)
