VERBIER, Switzerland – Early this morning (for those of us on the North and South American continents) the 2023/24 Freeride World Tour season came to an end on the legendary Bec de Rosses in Verbier.

The conclusion of the competition means we now have this year’s tour winners, with Erin Sauve taking first in the snowboard women, Victor de Le Ru taking first in snowboard men, Hedvig Wessel winding up as the ski women champion, and Max Hitzig standing on top for the ski men. But the winners of the overall didn’t necessarily throw down the best lines at today’s competition (though they all certainly threw down).

Both the women’s ski and snowboard overall champions took first place in today’s competition, but the men’s ski and snowboard categories both saw different winners. In men’s skiing, Canadian Marcus Goguen took first with a sweet and clean run, and American Jonathan Penfield took first in the snowboard men.

All together, the winners of today’s competition laid down some of the sickest lines of the year. So, without further ado, here are the four winners from the 2024 YETI Xtreme Verbier.
