“Party like it’s 1967!” For most Aspenites– that’s a fairly easy request. But what is remarkable about this particular anniversary celebration is that Aspen is pledging to offer $6.50 lift tickets all day on Friday, December 15th.

In a throwback to 60’s prices, Aspen is stoked to honor its skiing heritage by opening its doors to the winter sports world at large. While the official events look decent, the real “revelries” will be taking place everywhere from Cloud Nine to downtown.

“Join us in celebrating the 50th anniversary of Snowmass Ski Area! We’re kicking off a season’s worth of festivities with a big, weekend-long bash, December 15-17, 2017.” – Aspen Snowmass
