After getting our first turns of the season in September, today was an unheard of early October powder day in some serious “Big Mountain” terrain. It was unbelievable today up in the Telluride high-country, with blower pow, blue skies, and a great crew getting after it in the backcountry.

Recent storms dropped 18″ or more of snow in the area mountains allowing for some serious mid-season conditions. Our crew, consisting of locals Casey Riva, Anthony Schiavino, Chris Barton, myself and Roma the dog were all blown away by just how good it was up there. Naturally, we did what was necessary and ripped the S#%T out of it!

Absolutely AMAZING day!
