All of the ski resorts in Lake Tahoe are closing soon. Â A few (Alpine, Kirkwood, Heavnely, Homewood) resorts are reopening for weekend operations after closing daily operations. Â Make sure you know the closing dates for the resort your interested in. Â I saw a few people all geared up in ski boots walking thru the village at Squaw last season after closing. Â Needless to say, they were bummed to find zero lifts spinning.
TAHOE SKI RESORT CLOSING DATES:
Alpine Meadows = April 29th, reopening May 4-6th & May 11-13th
Squaw Valley = April 29th
Sugar Bowl = April 29th
Kirkwood = April 22nd, reopening every Fri, Sat, Sun they can after that…
Sierra-at-Tahoe = April 22nd
Mt. Rose = April 15th
Northstar = April 15th
Diamond Peak = April 15th
Heavenly = April 15th, reopening April 20-22nd & April 27-29th
Homewood = Closed, reopening April 13-15th
