Can’t make heads or tails from this video of a Yellowstone Ranger using bear spray on a momma bear and cubs from back in 2015. Seems like he should have been ordering people to back up and get into their vehicles rather than conducting traffic and holding his ground. It could be an active effort to haze the bears to avoid the road and discourage human contact? Thoughts?
