One of skiing’s biggest winter music festivals is returning to Palisades Tahoe this December, and the 2026 EDM-centric lineup stacked.
Tahoe Live will take over Olympic Valley from Dec. 11-13, bringing three nights of music to the base of Palisades Tahoe. GRiZ, Knock2 and Chris Lake lead a lineup that also includes Madeon, Walker & Royce, Noizu and T-Pain performing under his electronic alias, Teddy Pain.
The rest of the lineup includes Control Freak, Daniel Allan, Devault, HerShe, Jackie Hollander, Khoda Leon, Klo, Mary Droppinz, Nala, WINK x nikko, YDG and Buns. Tahoe Live’s official website has now posted the 2026 lineup and says tickets go on sale Thursday, Sept. 17, at 10 a.m. Pacific.

Ski During the Day, Concert at Night
The setting is a major part of what separates Tahoe Live from a typical electronic music festival.
The event takes place at Palisades Tahoe, with the festival grounds in the parking area next to the Aerial Tram and about a five-minute walk from The Village. Palisades describes the event as three days of electronic music beneath the surrounding Sierra peaks, combining days on the mountain with performances at night.
Doors are scheduled to open at 3 p.m. each day, with music wrapping up at 10 p.m. The festival is limited to guests 18 and older.
That schedule creates an unusual ski-festival combination. Depending on early-season conditions and resort operations, attendees can potentially spend the day skiing or snowboarding before heading directly to the concert venue at the base.
Palisades Tahoe describes the festival as a “mountain rave” and it has grown considerably since launching in 2022. The 2025 edition expanded to three days and featured performers including Porter Robinson, Zeds Dead, Alison Wonderland, DJ Diesel, LSZEE and San Holo.
The Biggest Tahoe Live Lineup Yet
Organizers are billing 2026 as Tahoe Live’s biggest lineup to date.
GRiZ returns to Northern California after headlining two sold-out shows at the Cow Palace last year, while Knock2 and Chris Lake bring two more major electronic music names to the top of the bill. Madeon, Walker & Royce and Noizu broaden the lineup, while T-Pain’s Teddy Pain set gives the festival one of its more unusual crossover performances.
Tahoe Live has previously mixed electronic music with artists better known outside the traditional DJ world. Shaquille O’Neal performed as DJ Diesel during the 2025 festival and also appeared at earlier editions.
The festival’s growth has followed a similar trend across ski resorts, where major DJ performances and apres events have increasingly become part of the winter calendar alongside skiing and snowboarding.
Tickets Go on Sale Thursday
Tickets for Tahoe Live 2026 go on sale Thursday, Sept. 17, at 10 a.m. Pacific through the festival’s official website. The event runs Friday through Sunday, Dec. 11-13.
Palisades Tahoe is also offering a 15% lodging discount at The Village for stays from Dec. 10-15. The discount applies to most room types, although Premier Plus Suites are excluded.
Free parking is planned for all three festival days, according to Tahoe Live, but overnight parking at the venue is prohibited.
With three days of skiing, electronic music and nightlife planned for the same base village, Tahoe Live is increasingly looking less like a concert hosted at a ski resort and more like a winter destination festival built around ski culture.
