Scottish trials cyclist Danny MacAskill was busy over the summer testing out his new Bosch eBike Systems equipped Santa Cruz Vala CC mountain bike and decided the perfect place to demonstrate its capabilities was on the massive granite slabs and ridge lines of Narvik, Norway.
During the height of the summer months, the sun never fully sets in Narvik which provided Danny and his filming crew plenty of time to experiment and otherworldly light as he rode during the midnight sun:

Danny is an absolute wizard when it comes to balance and creativity and with the assistance of the Bosch eBike motor, he was cover way more vertical while reserving his legs.

Mountain biking purists will always have an opinion when it comes to eBikes but they are undeniably useful in a myriad of scenarios including not having lactic acid coursing through your legs prior to whipping a backwards nose wheelie down a Norwegian granite slab:
