Teton Village, Wyoming — In what could be the greatest marketing invention since social media, the Corbet’s Livestream has been a hit for Jackson Hole. The webcam, which captures people sending it into the infamous trail, has allowed many to see some nasty crashes.
This crash, captured by Corey Jackson via the webcam, shows skier Joe Zolik’s run starting well. In the middle of the needed turn, he presumably catches an edge. He then accidentally throws a backflip as his skis fall off. For this video, you may want to put your phone on mute if you’re around people.
Then there’s this attempted front flip from London Lee, which surprisingly doesn’t work out well for him. Good form though.
This addition does make it possible to include the worst crashes of the season in the compilation. Sounds like something we should do.
