Mikaela Shiffrin's mom, Eileen.

Mikaela Shiffrin is arguably the greatest ski racer in the world. She has 108 total World Cup wins (the most of any skier ever), 71 World Cup slalom victories (the most of any skier ever), 22 giant slalom World Cup victories (the most of any female skier ever), five overall World Cup Champion titles, and much, much more.

While she’s worked incredibly hard to get where she is today, she likely wouldn’t be anywhere near as successful without the support of her mother and coach Eileen Shiffrin. The new short film from Adidas shows just how important Mikaela’s mom has been throughout her career.

Mikaela Shiffrin is set to compete in the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics and while her full schedule isn’t official quite yet, she’ll likely be competing in her first medal event on February 10th at the Womenโ€™s Team combined Slalom. \
