A incident involving an unruly and intoxicated man lead to a response from Summit County Deputies at Copper Mountain in Colorado earlier this month, with the man earning a summons for disorderly conduct.

According to the Summit County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched to a bar at the ski area after the unruly individual got aggressive with and pushed a bartender and punched another male. By the time officers arrived, Copper Security had successfully removed the man from the bar.

The man’s ID had been left at a different bar at the Colorado resort after it was confiscated because he refused to pay for his drinks. He was noticeably intoxicated and did not cooperate with the deputies.

While none of the victims wanted to participate in prosecution, the Summit County Deputies served the man a summons for disorderly conduct.
