On the off chance you are in Tarvisio, Italy keep an eye out for a hot pink Leki ski pole because it may belong to an American ski legend. Lindsey Vonn just posted to social media with the following plea:
“Someone took my pole in the parking lot today in Tarvisio. If you have seen it please respond to this. Thank you.” -Lindsey Vonn
While mix ups happen and sometimes you accidentally grab a ski pole off the rack that may not be yours, the likelihood of that happening is very low with a florescent hot pink and green pole that has a form fit curvature adjusted specifically to Lindsey’s body (optimized for aerodynamics because hundredths of seconds count).
