Conde Nast Traveler, renowned for its expertise in travel and leisure, just released the results of its 2025 Reader’s Choice Awards, where it assessed and ranked top North American ski resorts. These rankings are based on the feedback collected from readers through an annual survey, reflecting real traveler experiences and preferences.
“Some ski spots are better for daring thrill-seekers, others for first-time families, but the best resorts are those which offer something for everyone. Nor is it just the slopes which are important to consider, as village boutiques, snug firelit restaurants, and of course, unparalleled après ski are just some of the factors which make a ski break truly enchanting.” –Conde Nast
With that said, these ranking are not solely based on the “on-hill” experience of visitors, rather the summation of various aspects of the vacation experience (although the skiing is super rad at #1). These are the best ski resorts in the world according to the reader poll. The below scores are percentages representing overall average levels of satisfaction, let us know if you agree.
