Mikaela Shiffrin just posted a TRX core workout video from her home gym and it leaves no doubt that the most decorated ski racer of all time is incredibly powerful both on and off snow.

Shiffrin is coming of a historic comeback season that began with a nasty injury suffered during a giant slalom crash at the Killington World Cup in November 2024. To this day it is unclear what caused the 3 inch stab wound in her abdominal muscles that sidelined her for two month but what is certain is she showed true grit and battled back to clench a milestone 100th World Cup in February in Italy.

Over the summer Shiffrin has been putting work combining both dryland and on the snow training leading into the 2026 Olympic season. Difficult to tell if she is feeling any lingering effects from her puncture wound but this core strength routine has us thinking she may have nipped in the bud.

Here’s some more of Mikaela crushing it over the summer. Cannot wait to see her back in the gates this winter representing Team USA at Milano Cortina 2026!
