Nothing quite like an entitled DJ bumping terrible music to crush the serene vibes of Grand Teton National Park.
“This dude set up a DJ booth and was bumping tubes at schwabackers, when we confronted him he said Ansel Adam’s visited him in a dream and told him to play there then proceeded to play MLK Jrs I have a dream speech as he carted off.” -Peter Mangolds
While not explicitly illegal to operate audio devices inside Grand Teton, park officials ask folks to be respectful of other visitors enjoying the area and be thoughtful of how music may affect others:
“Operating an audio device, such as a stereo, Bluetooth speakers, radio, or musical instrument in a manner which is unreasonable and impacts park users is prohibited by law.”
We would imagine this tone deaf monstrosity would fall into the unreasonable category and get shut down quick if a ranger was in the area. Remember folks, National Parks aren’t soundstages or a movie sets, be respectful and let these natural resources speak for themselves.
