Skiing on the East Coast has pretty much completely come to an end. There are no ski resorts open (unless you count Big Snow American Dream, and indoor ski area) and the snow is mostly gone. And yet somehow people still manage to find a way to get on their skis, including this 70+ year old Killington icon.
Killington Resort closed way back on May 10 but that hasn’t prevented people like Merisa Sherman from getting on some snow. She’s been posting near weekly videos from skiing on the mountain’s last little patch, joining along side a host of different guests. Yesterday, June 12, she was joined by 70+ year old “SKIDDY”, an apparent legend of the area.
