There’s still skiing and snowboarding in Colorado right now and an incoming storm could make things look even better on the mountains. But of the five resorts still open to skiers and snowboarders, 3 will be shutting down operations after this weekend. That’ll leave just 2 resorts, Winter Park and Arapahoe Basin, open to the public. So if you’re hoping to ski at any of these 3 ski resorts, note that Mother’s Day is the last day to do it.
Breckenridge – Operating daily on Peak 6 & 7 until closing day on May 11.
Copper Mountain – Operating daily until closing day on May 11. Live music on Eagle’s Landing will run on both Saturday and Sunday of closing weekend, ending the ski season with a celebration.
Loveland Ski Area – Operating daily until closing day on May 11. Live music from LIGEDELIC on the Basin Patio, an outdoor BBQ, drink specials, and plenty of spring laps will celebrate the last day of the season.
