Swatch Nines is easily one of the wildest ski and snowboard events of the year. Ran earlier this month, it brings athletes, designers, and park builders together to create an incredible unique and innovative terrain park to push the limits of what’s possible on snow. Records have been broken, firsts have been recorded, and mind-blowing highlight reels have been created. It usually takes weeks to sift through and properly understand all of the top moments once it’s all over.

Professional Swiss freestyle skier Andri Ragettli is one of many top-notch skiers who participated in the event. Ragettli is a ten-time world cup title winner, a five-time crystal globe, and an X-Games medalist. We’re pretty used to seeing mind-blowing clips from this guy, but this one is pretty top-notch.

The skills required to pull this stunt off go beyond being a top skier. You need a top drone pilot that you can trust to not hit you, and it seems Jannis Hoffmann was the man for the job. Hopefully this only took one attempt. It’s not hard to imagine how much this could hurt if the drone hits the skier mid-air.
