The 2025 Freeride World Tour YETI Xtreme Verbier by Honda is officially set for this Thursday, March 20 on the iconic Bec des Rosses face. This year’s competition marks the 30th iteration of the event, setting skiers and snowboarders up for what could be a historical day.

13 ski men, seven ski women, seven snowboard men, and four snowboard women qualified to compete on Thursday, with the first rider set to drop at 10:00 AM CET. This is the last event of the season and will finalize the standings for the Freeride World Tour champions.

The Bec des Rosses face rises to ~10,607 feet (3,223 meters) with a ~1969 foot (600-meter) vertical drop. The venue features intense 50-degree sections, massive cliff drops, technical couloirs, and much more, allowing athletes to show off their skills and bravery.

The Xtreme Verbier began as a snowboard only competition in 1996, becoming the official Freeride World Tour Finals in 2008. The Bec des Rosses face has pushed the limits of the best freeride athletes for three decades, creating some of the wildest highlights in the sport.

The event is set to begin at 10:00am CET (5:00am ET) on Thursday, March 20. The stream will be available to watch both on the Freeride World Tour website and on their YouTube page. Don’t miss this incredible event.
