Adorable moment shared between a couple of certified mohawk aficionados on a chairlift ride at Idaho’s Bogus Basin Ski Resort.
Ski legend Glen Plake is famous for his incredible mohawk hairstyle which he has been sporting since the 1980s and was tickled to meet a couple of local kids rocking his trademark hairdo in 2025.
Knowing that achieving the perfect vertical spike is difficult, Glen asked the kids if they “put their hawks up” by themselves or with the help of the mothers (it was a group effort). In case you’re wondering, Glen’s preferred method uses gelatin packets and MegaHold hairspray.
Just another shining example of Glen Plake being the ultimate ambassador for ski culture. Love it!
