Last Friday, Charles Gamel Seigneur made his World Cup debut at Kvitfjell Alpine Resort in Norway. The French skier was trying to get his edges into the icy surface when he lost control. He proceeded to do a flip and land on his back. From there, the skiers’ elite fitness level and set of instincts were able to get back on his feet. Ultimately, Charles recorded a DNF for his first World Cup competition in Downhill, but he won in our book on style points.
