These snowmobilers were quick to rush to their friend’s aid when he radioed to notify them that his sled was on fire.
They were fortunately able to get the machine packed full of snow, seemingly preventing it from burning further. It’s not exactly clear what caused the burn, but one commentor believed that it was because the brakes locked up.
Whatever the cause, it’s good to see that nobody was hurt and the fire didn’t get too out of control. Though it does seem pretty likely that the sled was toast afterwards.
