Kings & Queens of Corbet’s Couloir, one of the best freeride skiing/snowboarding events of the year, kicks off TODAY, February 11, at 10:00am MST. The event, hosted by Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR), will be streamed live both on their YouTube channel and on their website.

The competition, held in the iconic Corbet’s Couloir, hosts a large, star-studded roster of both skiers and snowboarders, including past champions Colby Stevenson (2023), Claire McPherson (2023), Piper Kunst (2021), and Veronica Paulsen (2020). A total of 24 athletes are set to drop into the venue.

This year, a total of $50,000 in prize money will be awarded by JHMR, including a separate prize for both the top male and female athletes in both the ski and snowboard categories. The winners in each of the categories will receive $5,000, while second place finishers will take home $3,000 and third place finishers will take home $2,000. Plus, the highest scoring male and female, regardless of category, will receive an additional $5,000 and be crowned the King and Queen of Corbet’s.

The event will be covered live on the Jackson Hole Instagram, @jacksonhole, and a full recap will be available at jacksonhole.com after the event. Make sure to tune in live at 10:00am MST today, February 11.
