Skiing at Saddleback.
Skiing at Saddleback.

Saddleback Mountain in Maine is expecting some new snow heading into the weekend, with 15 inches of fresh in the last 7 days and more hitting the ground throughout Thursday and Friday. In reaction to the snowfall, the ski area has recommended starting your weekend a bit earlier than normal.

You can’t just start your weekend early though, right? You’ve got a job and a boss who won’t let you bail just to ski, right? Well not if you’ve caught a case of the classic Powder Flu! Simply fill in your name on this Silver Doctor note and BOOM! You’re excused from work! (DISCLAIMER: Don’t actually try to use this to get out of work or school or anything, or at least don’t blame us when you’re fired for doing so.)

Saddleback is having a pretty solid season so far, with 110 inches of snow falling on the mountain at this point. Right now their base snow depth sits at 32 inches.
