JACKSON HOLE, Wyoming – Jackson Hole Mountain Resort has announced the opening of two new restaurants on the resort this December, presenting unique culinary experiences for both skiers and snowboarders.
Tram Dock replaces the former RPK3 restaurant at the base of the Aerial Tram, celebrating the resort’s heritage while still recognizing the mountain’s future. Inerior decorations combine history with modern comfort, while vintage iconography and artifacts share the evolution of Jackson Hole. When Tram Dock opens in early December, the menu will feature locally sourced ingredients and craft beverages.
The new Trapper’s restaurant at the Sweetwater Gondola Mid-Station will provide an elevated dining room, showcasing classic flavors with a twist towards the modern. Altogether, the restaurant is set to feel like a cozy mountain chalet, again featuring locally sourced ingredients and an extensive beverage menu. The new Trapper’s restaurant is set to open in mid-December.
“Both Tram Dock and Trapper’s embody Jackson Hole Mountain Resort’s commitment to providing exceptional experiences on and off the slopes. We’re thrilled to welcome guests to these new dining destinations, where they can celebrate the history and future of Jackson Hole while enjoying a memorable meal with family and friends.” – Nicolas Sangros, Director of Food and Beverage at JHMR.
