British Columbia — Heli-skiing is a pricey endeavor, but this video will help you understand why people do it.

Yesterday, YouTuber Gimbal God shared a video of a backcountry heli-boarding trip he did with several of his friends. The trip featured ample powder and bluebird conditions. Some of the riders in the video include Travis Rice, Torstein Horgmo, Sage Kotsenburg, and Jamie Anderson. Unlike many powder skiing or snowboarding videos, it features just the raw sounds of shredding through the snow.

I recommend taking a nine-minute break from your day to feast your eyes and ears on the tranquil sights and sounds of shredding pow.
