Ever since DJI’s Phantom Drone hit the market back in 2013, the consumer drone market has steadily grown to the point where seeing quad copters in the air isn’t really a novelty anymore.
In most cases folks fly drones for aerial videos but sometimes they can be quite handy for surveying your immediate surroundings. Practice like this are outlawed in hunting but I’m not sure if there are any laws against checking out traffic jam like this Subaru Outback driver who was at a standstill for over an hour before pulling out his drone to see what was causing it.
Clever use of a drone but, we don’t condone taking the information you gather and trailblazing to get out of bumper to bumper traffic.
This is literally the first time I've seen a drone and a Subaru used correctly pic.twitter.com/iaRKlge2jb
