New York, New York — It’s been a busy week for Grammy-nominated folk artist Noah Kahan. The Vermonter started the week out by performing two sold-out shows at Madison Square Garden, which many singers consider to be the top spot as to what they want to play someday. Noah is performing the next two nights at Fenway Park, which needs no introduction.

While in the city that never sleeps, Noah appeared on Late Night with Seth Meyers.

In the interview, New Hampshire native Seth Meyers asked Noah about the whereabouts of a photo he posted to his socials. The photo shows Noah as a kid performing at a ski area, which is easily identifiable by a chairlift in the background. The caption reads: “Somebody tell him he’s going to do it, somebody tell him he’s gonna play the garden.”

Noah revealed that the photo is from Whaleback Mountain in Enfield, New Hampshire. The non-profit ski area, located just off I-89, has thirty trails and a 700-foot vertical drop. The leadership team at Whaleback has been working on modernizing the ski area in recent years, which includes snowmaking improvements, adding a disc golf course, and the purchase of a surface lift that will service their race trail and terrain park. That surface lift may open to the public for the 2024-25 season.

If you want to watch the concerts at Fenway, they’re offering a live stream. Proceeds will go towards the Busyhead Project, which supports various New England organizations that offer mental health treatment.
