Fishing off the highway in Colorado.

COLORADO – Ski season is near over, sure, but that doesn’t mean I-70 traffic is over. With Memorial Day Weekend up ahead, there’s sure to be some trouble along the major Colorado Highway.

So if you’re headed up, be sure to pack some sort of roadway entertainment in case everything comes to a standstill. Like this guy, Dylan Hayes, who whipped out a fishing rod while stuck in standstill traffic in Glenwood Canyon.

Somehow he manages to actually catch a fish. I don’t know if that says something about the amount of fish in that water way, or the skill of the man, or both, but it’s insane.

Just to be clear, if you’re planning on doing anything like this, make sure you have the proper license and are fishing in a place where it’s actually legal. Trust me, you don’t want to piss off Colorado Parks and Wildlife.

Don't miss out!
