Park City, Utah- There’s a lot of construction going on at Deer Valley Resort right now. There’s the East Village, which will dramatically grow the Utah ski resort’s skiable terrain, and give them a new base area. In addition, there’s a large real estate development being built at the ski resort. Called Founders Place, the condominium development is located right next to the Mountaineer Express chairlift at the Utah ski resort. There will eventually be 78 condominium units spread out across four buildings.

Multi-Housing News reports that East West Partners has received nearly $51 million in construction financing. This round of financing is for the second phase of the project, which is being called the Helen. This phase of the real estate development features nineteen units, which consist of one two-bedroom condo, thirteen three-bedroom units, two four-bedroom units, and two penthouses. Amenities that are a part of the Helen include a fitness center, ski lounge, saunas, and golf simulators.

If you’re interested in getting a unit, you better act quickly, as nearly all of the condominium units at the Helen have already been sold or reserved.
