It’s time for another round of who’s at fault for a collision on the slopes.

This time, a video from Reddit user Skibum__ showed two skiers colliding at Mont Tremblant in Quebec, Canada. The video shows two skiers making wide GS turns, eventually colliding with each other. After getting up, the skier in the red coat yelled at the other skier: “Dude, what the fuck?” Meanwhile, the other skier allegedly said that the guy in the red coat needed “to ski in control.”

So who’s at fault here? Clearly, it’s the snowboarder’s fault. Just kidding, the answer here is pretty clear: it’s the skier in the orange coat. The skier in the red coat was well in front of him, and the orange coat, who was the uphill skier, didn’t slow down at all until he collided with the other guy. In addition, the guy in the red coat is skiing in complete control and is laying down some nice turns. Pass interference on the orange coat. That’s a fifteen-yard penalty, automatic first down.
