Back in 2006, Italy was on the world’s center stage. Torino, Italy hosted the Winter Olympics seventeen years ago, but some facilities, like the ski jumps in Pragelato haven’t been properly maintained.

Back in October, YouTuber Urbandoned shared a video of him and his buddies exploring an abandoned Olympic ski-jumping site in Pragelato. Some parts of the venue are better maintained than others, as the chairlift that people use to reach the jumps has been lost to nature. Much of the branding from Torino 2006 remains, making it feel like a spooky museum. Deconstructing the site has been considered but it remains standing for now.

Urbandoned’s video is down below.
