If you want to pair your ski trip with a bit of après pro hockey this winter, head on down to Stateline in Tahoe and catch a game with the ECHL’s newest team, The Tahoe Knight Monsters.

The Knight Monsters team name and logo is inspired from a mythical creature that lives in Lake Tahoe known as “Tahoe Tessie.” The Knight Monsters are owned by 2007 Heisman Trophy winner and former National Football League quarterback, Tim Tebow, along with David Hodges, CEO of Hodges Management Group, LLC and 925 Partners LLC. Their games will be played at the new 4,200-seat Tahoe Blue Event Center in Stateline, Nevada.

The Knight Monster will play in the 2024-25 ECHL season and have 36 home games. Hope anyone teams that are traveling to play the Knight Monsters are ready for a bit of elevation because the stadium sits at a lofty 6,283ft above sea level. Lets GO!
