Great news for all you Utah mountain bikers, Brighton Ski Resort has broken ground on its first ever mountain bike trail. It’s just in its beginning stages but they are planning for a full blown mountain bike trail system in coming years. YES!
“This is something a lot of you have been asking about for years. This summer has been the season for projects and improvements here at Brighton that well integrated for the winter season.
However we’ve just started working on something that has been in our minds and yours for years. We are starting on our first ever Brighton Mountain Bike Trail. If you happen upon the top of Majestic you’ll see the beginning of the Brighton Mountain Trail System we plan to implement in the coming years.
Our first trail is in its very early stages of being built with completion looking to be done by next year with a very small possibility of later this fall. We are as excited for this as we are with Crest 6 and our new restaurant at Snake Creek as we plan to offer some of that signature Brighton fun that you get from our lifts in the winter, but soon in the summer too. Please be patient with us as we start our journey into this new offering as construction timing for this may be variable.
