Its early in the Yellowstone tourism season but we already got boneheads in the park trying to pet wild bison.
Emergency room nurse Heidi Irby feared she might have to make use her medical training Wednesday after witnessing two men approach a bison and reach out to pet it.
Just want to remind anyone planning a trip to Yellowstone that the park requires guests to stay at least 25 yards away from bison and elk and 100 yards away from bears and wolves.
