Another contender has entered the race for the longest season in Utah. After Solitude and Snowbird announced that they’ll be open until at least late May, Brighton has entered the chat.

After they shut down for the regular season on April 30th, Brighton Resort will be reopening the Milly Express starting on May 5th. They’re aiming to make it to Memorial Day (May 29th). The chairlift will be open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will be accessible to season and Ikon passholders. They’ll be building a large terrain park over there, with a multitude of rails and jumps. Groomed runs will also be a part of their plans.

I’m stoked to see what this experience looks like for Brighton, as this terrain park setup could be pretty epic.
