To be fair- I can’t 100% confirm that this guy is drunk.
I’m basing that assumption solely on the fact that it took place in Wisconsin, it’s nighttime, and he decided to smash his face in a snow pile.
As somebody who spent 4 years in Wisconsin, these actions seem like something a drunk Wisconsinite would do… 😂
