Air Jordan at Whistler is one of the most famous in-bounds cliff drops in the entire world.
Just in case you need a refresher, Whistler’s Peak Chair is frequently closed due to avalanche control, so when it does open, thousands of skiers flock to it for their turn on the terrain.
Air Jordan is a two-stage cliff drop, accessible from The Peak Chair, that’s in perfect view of the Peak Chair lift line.

The sound of the crowd going berserk as he clicks his poles before the drop, and then as he skis the runout unscathed, gave me chills!
I’d never have the guts to send Air Jordan myself, but I hope to see somebody do it in person one of these days.
I too want to lose my mind with hundreds of my best friends as wacko skiers and snowboarders send the legendary cliff.
