Very clear cut instance of downhill skier with right of way getting decked by a snowboarder at Killington Ski Resort in Vermont.

Some might grumble that the skier was acting erratically while back sliding into his path causing the collision but ultra clear cut in the skier responsibility code that “people ahead or downhill of you have the right-of-way. You must avoid them.”

The snowboarder accepted responsibility and thankfully both parties were uninjured. Remember folks, always ski and ride under control, especially in dense traffic at the top of runs.
