Anyone want to take a stab at what year this was filmed? Judging by the gentleman with the neckwarmer for a hat and wraparound shades this could be 1998 or hundreds of years in the future, tough to tell. Good for a laugh, thanks for gritty investigative journalism INSIDE EDITION👍
